Captain David Powers, a Florida native by chance, has been boating and diving since the late 80's. He resides on one of Anna Maria Island's nearby Cays and loves operating private boat tours. He is a US Coast Guard licensed Master Captain and a NAUI certified Openwater Diver. He is also part of the Divers Alert Network, DAN. Anna Maria Tours is licensed and Insured. He is fluent in English and Spanish and understands some Italian and Portuguese.
